| Conservation Incentive Programs of the 2002 USDA Farm Bill
The Coos SWCD, in cooperation with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), and the Farm Service Agency can assist agricultural landowners in applying for conservation incentive programs. Many of these programs provide landowners with cost-share and incentive payments for applying conservation practices on thier land.
